Here is the deal.

The template you pick is free for your personal or commercial use.  We insert your photos and text into the template you have chosen at no charge to you.  We install and setup your website on the internet for you free.  We optimize your site for the internet and, in addition, we also notify Google, Bing and Yahoo that your website is active and ready to be indexed by their search engines.  This means you don't have to wait for their robots to eventually discover your site in the vast internet, which could take some time, as usually happens.  We do the heavy technical lifting to keep your site online 24/7 and will make sure any technical problems that may occur are fixed ASAP.  Your website will be your personal independent website, your presence in the vast cyberspace world.

Your free "domain name", or website address name, might possibly be just your name at theArtistsSite.com.  Easy to remember and easy to use.  That will work as long as somebody else doesn't already have a website named "yourName.theArtistsSite.com"...it happens.  You can usually use the free name of your choosing.  If you would like to have a domain name like "yourName.com" we can make sure the name is available and take care of registration etc. for you.  There are a number of website upgrades available to you, including adding additional text pages for resumes or biographies for example, or adding additional galleries to highlight different kinds of work.

If you register as a user of the site, you will be able to add events to the calendar - like your gallery showings or open houses, which anyone on the internet can view.  You will also be able to add comments to our blog and our Facebook and Twitter pages, and view your detailed account order history.  Your shopping cart will remain active if you choose to think things over prior to jumping in.  You can come back and check your cart anytime and continue to GET THAT SITE ONLINE !

We host our own websites and as your internet service provider we have a charge of $9.95 for the first month.  This gives you a chance to see how your site looks and decide on possible enhancements.  After the first month you can make any changes you want to your site.  Just let us know.  If your changes will incur an additional design fee, we will give you a breakdown of the costs so you can choose which ones you want.  You will be able to make those kind of changes to your site, add enhancements or add months anytime you want to.  You don't have to wait for a billing cycle.  We're here all the time.....

Our normal hosting fees are $39.95 for 4 months and $99.95 for 12 months.  You will be notified by email that your first month is almost over and you can let us know at that time what your plans are.  Possible website enhancements include a personal domain name, such as "yourName.com", personal favicon, your logo inserted on each page, custom fonts, website color changes, website layout changes, additional gallery pages, additonal text pages and music or voice backgrounds.
